Alphabet submit a lawsuit accusing Uber and Uber's self-driving vehicle unit Otto of stealing the technology from Waymo, auxiliary of Google parent company.



"Otto and Uber have taken Waymo´s  highly developed property so that they could avoid sustain the risk,  expense and time of independently developing their own technology," said in a San Francisco federal court filing by Waymo.

 The suit claim that a Waymo manager took technical data, when he left to launch competing enterprise that went on to become Otto.
